I had hoped to get the scoring system online this weekend so the judges can cast there eye over the stage 1 submissions. But when I've been looking at doing this, I've found a couple of things I'm not happy with in the system database design. For obvious reasons, I can't just dive in and change things on the live system, so I'm taking my time with the next stage of development to make sure I get it right.
One of the points of developing this competition system is to allow us to host smaller competitions easily in the future. At the moment, some elements of the functionality relate purely to the PGD Annual so some tweaks are required.
So, all I can say is apologies for the delay in getting the stage 1 scores. As soon as I've got the scoring system done, I'll be getting the judges on the case, but I don't want to rush in and make a mess of it. |
